Return Policy

At accessories by ambs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we're here to make the return process as simple and accommodating as possible.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Whether you changed your mind, received a faulty item, or simply didn't love it as much as you thought you would, we've got you covered.

To initiate a return, please follow these easy steps:

  1. Contact our friendly customer support team at amberbaileyjones@gmail.com to let us know that you would like to return your item.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and guide you through the return process. 
  3. Package your item securely, making sure to include all original packaging and tags. 
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice.
  5. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it is in its original condition.
  6. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5 business days.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or defective. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping expenses.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings or any other pierced jewelry, unless they arrived damaged or faulty. Pictures will be required to document damages.
